Here at The Backyard Experience, we know that owning a pool or spa (or both!) can be a very relaxing and rewarding experience, but also that maintaining your backyard getaway can be a bit challenging at times.

That's where we come in!

We offer a full range of on-site pool services from one-time repairs or cleanings to regularly scheduled visits.

Our Services

Cleaning of your pool and or spa. Includes 1 hour per visit. Additional time, chemicals, & parts will be billed separately.

Consults, measurements, installations, & repairs.​ Includes up to 1 hour of service time. Parts & chemicals are not included & will be billed separately.

For home buyer to evaluate the health of the pool. In-depth inspection of the pool, chemicals, valves, pump, GFI breaker, surface life expectancy & condition.

Includes up to 1 hour of informative hands-on training with one of our service technicians. ​Parts & chemicals are not included & will be billed separately. 

Pool & Spa School

Pool Open

Includes the winterization of the pool, along with installing the safety cover. We do NOT cover pools with tarp like covers.

Includes up to 3 hours with spa moving crew. Distance & other factors may subject you to additional fees. We do NOT remove any rails, doors, etc.

Spa Move 

Polaris 280 Leaves

In-store Polaris cleaner repair. Robotic Polaris cleaners are eligible for diagnostic tests. Please contact us about other brands.

Routine sand change is recommended every 2-4 years. Quoting will be based on media required (minimum is a 24 inch tank)

Cartridge Filters should be cleaned every 3-4 months.
